Our client, a leading and prominent business group in its sector, is seeking top talent for the position of **Senior Analyst for Reporting and Audits** within its Shared Services Center (GBS) in San Isidro. The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate preparation of regulatory reports, shareholder reports, and efficient handling of internal and external audits across the group’s diverse business units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the generation of regulatory and management reports and filings under Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Lead responses to internal and external audit requirements, ensuring information reliability and accuracy. * Participate in the financial statement certification and corporate consolidation process. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within reporting processes. * Monitor changes in accounting/tax regulations and standards across countries where the group operates. * Analyze large volumes of data to ensure the reasonableness of financial information. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in preparing regulatory reports and managing audits. * **Software:** Proficiency in **SAP S/4HANA**. * **Data Analytics:** Advanced proficiency in **Power BI (minimum Intermediate level)** and advanced Excel. * **Regulatory Standards:** In-depth knowledge of international and local **IFRS (IAS)** standards. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading and writing capability). * **Environments:** Experience in multi-business enterprises or complex corporate environments. **Desirable:** * CPA, CMA, or similar certifications. * Prior experience in Shared Services Centers (GBS). **We Offer:** * Employment with one of the country’s most solid companies. * Location: San Isidro. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Comprehensive corporate benefits package.
