Opportunities for professional growth and development Our client, a prominent and industry-leading corporate group, is seeking top talent for the position of **Senior Reporting and Audit Analyst** at its Shared Services Center (GBS) in San Isidro. The role aims to ensure accurate preparation of regulatory reports, shareholder reports, and efficient handling of internal and external audits across the group’s various business units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the generation of regulatory and management reports and reports under Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Lead responses to internal and external audit requirements, ensuring information reliability and accuracy. * Participate in the financial statement certification and corporate consolidation process. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within reporting processes. * Monitor changes in regulatory and accounting/tax standards in countries where the group operates. * Analyze large volumes of data to ensure the reasonableness of financial information. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in preparing regulatory reports and supporting audits. * **Software:** Proficiency in **SAP S/4HANA**. * **Data Analytics:** Advanced proficiency in **Power BI (Minimum Intermediate Level)** and advanced Excel. * **Regulatory Standards:** In-depth knowledge of international and local **IFRS (IAS)** standards. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading and writing ability). * **Environments:** Experience in multi-business enterprises or complex corporate environments. **Desirable:** * CPA, CMA, or similar certifications. * Prior experience in Shared Services Centers (GBS). **We Offer:** * Join one of the country’s most solid companies. * Location: San Isidro. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Comprehensive corporate benefits package.
