Availability for travel and on-call shifts A company specializing in the sale of dental medical equipment is looking for **Technical Service Engineers.** **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**: \- Electronic, Computer, or Biomedical Engineer holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service for Medical Equipment and/or Dental Equipment and/or Laboratory Equipment; such as Diagnostic Ultrasound Equipment (Ultrasound Scanners) and/or X-ray Medical Equipment and/or Dental X-ray Equipment (2D, 3D, Intraoral) and/or Clinical Laboratory Equipment and other Medical Equipment. \- Technical service for the equipment listed above: Experience in Installation and Commissioning services; Fault Diagnosis and corresponding Repair; Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. \- Desirable experience in pre-installation inspection and installation of peripheral equipment such as Transformers, UPS systems, PCs, Routers, Switches, etc. \- Experience in administrative tasks related to technical service work, including preparation of technical reports, maintenance scheduling, etc. \- Familiarity with digital environments and technical service management systems. **SOCIAL SKILLS**: \- Integrity and Ethics \- Ability to work effectively in teams \- Willingness to manage conflicts \- Ability to handle stress \- Planning and organizational capability \- Time management effectiveness \- Written and verbal communication skills \- Commitment to internal and external customer service \- Empathy and sense of urgency: “Behind a non-operational or malfunctioning medical device lies a patient and their anxious family waiting for the device to be restored so that an examination or intervention can proceed. Every passing minute poses a risk to that patient’s health.” \- Emotional intelligence **OTHER REQUIREMENTS**: · Availability to travel domestically and internationally · Availability to work various on-call shifts **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: The main responsibilities upon hiring are as follows: *EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION* · Planning the installation of medical equipment assigned to designated Sales Projects · Inspection of installation sites to verify proper preparation and compliance with respective pre-installation requirements · Preparation and configuration of medical equipment scheduled for installation · Installation, execution of test protocols, and commissioning of medical equipment · Customer training · Preparation of the Installation File and obtaining customer sign-off on all documents comprising said file · Registration of data and documents in the company’s management system *TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR INSTALLED BASE EQUIPMENT* \- Planning of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance services for assigned Medical Equipment \- Remote and/or on-site handling of assigned cases for technical service involving diagnosis and repair of medical equipment · Prior and timely preparation of technical services to define the necessary Action Plan for resolving assigned cases and meeting established target timelines. · Registration of spare parts and other required materials requests in the system. · Generation of digital reports · Tracking of assigned cases to ensure correct and timely closure within established target timelines Registration of data and documents in the company’s management system. \- Offers formal employment under the General Regime, a positive work environment, and a clear career path.
