Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. **Your mission** ---------------- * Coordinate the execution of random physical inventories in stores, verifying proper warehouse organization, product identification, and inventory accuracy to minimize losses and ensure stock reliability. * Analyze inventory movements (receipts, transfers, returns, and others), validating their physical and systemic consistency to guarantee traceability and appropriate product control in coordination with the finance team. * Supervise operational and financial controls in stores, including petty cash reconciliations, exchange and return processes, as well as compliance with security protocols, to protect company assets. * Prepare reports, investigate incidents, and implement action plans, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions that contribute to reducing losses and strengthening operational controls. * Develop and strengthen loss prevention processes through updating policies and procedures, training store teams, and conducting field follow-ups to ensure compliance with operational standards. **Your talent** --------------- * Professionals with at least **3 years of experience** in **Management Control, Auditing, Inventory Control, or Process Improvement**, with a focus on analyzing and controlling merchandise movement. * Experience in logistics processes, inventory control, and traceability of merchandise movement. * Experience using and managing **RFID** technology for inventory control and tracking. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Power BI**. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). **Our principles** ------------------ PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
