We are expanding and looking for a **Store Manager** with high energy, strong organizational skills, and outstanding leadership. Your Mission in This Role You will be fully responsible for the minimarket’s daily operations. Your goal will be to ensure the store is always well-stocked, customers receive prompt and friendly service, and financial records balance perfectly. What Will Be Your Key Challenges? * **Inventory and Shrinkage Control:** Monitor merchandise inflows and outflows, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/PEPS system), and minimize losses due to expiration or damage. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate staff shifts (multi-functional cashiers), motivate team members, and ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards. * **Commercial Management:** Monitor daily sales, ensure accurate price labeling, and maintain orderly, attractive shelf displays. * **Cashier Operations:** Supervise cash reconciliations, cash handling, and bank deposits — ensuring zero discrepancies. * **Supplier Relations:** Coordinate order deliveries, verify invoices, and ensure timely restocking. What Are We Looking For? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (minimarkets, convenience stores, supermarkets, or mass-consumption retail). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, stock control, and basic/intermediate Excel. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving capability, and unwavering integrity. * **Availability:** Full-time schedule of 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break), with Sundays off.
