




We are looking for talent in the Technical Support area **Main responsibilities of the role** Investigate incoming incident tickets related to IT; Fulfill IT-related service requests, such as creating and configuring user accounts, and we also expect assistance with the initial setup of this access. Provide user support via phone calls, chat, and ticketing tools Provide assistance to other teams to help with backup activities. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, including our global teams, to deliver support. Provide assistance and meeting room preparation for VIP users. Keep meeting rooms fully operational by performing checklists on these devices. Maintain printers operational; in case of issues, request assistance from the vendor. **Requirements (hard and soft skills)** Basic IT knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications. Basic IT knowledge of hardware support, maintaining and supporting company devices. Problem-solving skills Excellent communicator, culturally sensitive, patient. Customer-service driven, understands the importance of corporate confidentiality and user privacy. **Professional Experience** Customer-service driven, understands the importance of corporate confidentiality and user privacy. **Education Level** High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. ITIL certification (at least ITIL v4 Foundation) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Location:** Av. Argentina 6000 Carmen de la Legua, Callao 3, Lima. ( J.G) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (08h to 17h) and eventually, Saturday from 08h to 15h **Compensation:** USD 750.00 to USD 1,000.00 Gross (Based on experience) **English Level:** Basic **Experience:** 2 to 4 years
