* Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily weaving and garment manufacturing operations. * Manage work orders, route sheets, and ensure timely availability of inputs, trimmings, and materials required for production. * Supervise the production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards, productivity targets, and delivery deadlines. * Identify and implement continuous improvements in textile production workflows. * Serve as a liaison and efficiently coordinate with external workshops and support staff. * Collaborate in planning preventive maintenance activities for textile machinery. * Support administrative tasks inherent to the production area. * NOTE: ATTACH CV Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Language: * ENGLISH (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
