The role will play a key part in strategic decision-making and in generating value for the organization. #### **What will be your mission?** Lead strategic projects that contribute to executing the company’s strategy, evaluating non-organic growth opportunities, managing investment initiatives for growth, and developing market intelligence to support decision-making. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-complexity strategic projects. * Design and implement strategies and action plans aimed at capturing business value. * Manage relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders at Credicorp to align objectives and facilitate decision-making. * Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to milestones and expected outcomes. * Generate market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for the organization. * Formulate strategic recommendations regarding investment, growth, capability development, and resource allocation. #### **We are looking for professionals with:** * A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * An MBA degree. * Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related industries. * Experience leading strategic projects or complex transactions from inception to completion. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong leadership, influence, negotiation, executive communication, and analytical thinking skills. ***This opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.***
