




Job Summary: TRADESUR is seeking a dedicated Backup Warehouse Coordinator responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, staff training, inventory management, and ensuring efficient logistics solutions. We are looking for a **BACKUP\- WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** to perform the following **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Conducts training for picking, receiving, and dispatch staff on the products they handle. \- Supervises the records of delivered trainings \- Monitors and supervises the receipt of products from all assigned clients \- Supervises proper storage \- Supervises cleanliness and order, ensuring all products are properly identified \- Monitors dispatches performed \- Verifies that all deliveries have been made timely \- Organizes rotating inventories for clients \- Responsible for overall inventory managed by the client \- Responsible for recording product entries into the system and updating locations \- Responsible for supervising the filing of transactions for stored products \- Coordinates vacation schedules and overtime for auxiliary warehouse, receiving, dispatch, and administrative staff \- Keeps the supervisor informed about ongoing activities \- Informs clients when their requests cannot be fulfilled \- Schedules shifts for picking, receiving, and dispatch staff without affecting operations \- Assigns rotating inventories to auxiliary picking staff \- Responsible for requesting client confirmation of overtime hours when work is performed outside regular working hours. \- And other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, and inventory management \- Warehouse experience \_ Knowledge of picking, packing, or other warehouse processes \- Committed and responsible **WE OFFER:** \- Payroll registration from day one. \- All statutory benefits – MYPE regime \- Life Insurance (Law) \- SCTR Insurance \- Career development path **WORK SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 08:00 AM TO 06:21 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you agreeable to the base salary of 1800? * Is the Huachipa Zoo Park near your location? * How much warehouse experience do you have? * Are you currently studying? * What is your proficiency level in SAP, EXCEL, and WORD?
