




Job Summary: This role is responsible for the organization, maintenance, and inventory control of warehouse equipment and tools, ensuring their proper use and condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and maintenance of the equipment and tools warehouse. 2. Tracking and reporting on the status and calibration of tools. 3. Coordination of tool delivery for emergency situations. Education Level: Technical higher education or university degree. Profession: Mechanical technician, Business administration. Experience: 1 year as a warehouse operator in the automotive sector. English Level: Basic. MS Office: Intermediate. Driver’s License: Desirable. Knowledge of basic automotive mechanics for heavy vehicles. Warehouse operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Warehouse organization and maintenance: Ensure custody, preservation, distribution, and orderly arrangement of workshop equipment and tools, guaranteeing their proper use, storage, cleaning, and easy access within the warehouse. * Maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment: Monitor wear, operation, and maintenance of equipment and tools according to the established schedule, verifying calibration validity and maintaining records of corresponding certificates. * Reporting on tool and equipment status: Report to the Service Management and SEI departments the list of tools and equipment requiring maintenance or replacement, as well as tools needing implementation. * Coordinate delivery of tools and equipment for emergency services outside regular business hours. * Inventory and reporting of equipment and tools: Conduct periodic inventory of equipment and tools.
