The position aims to properly administer labor relations, guaranteeing appropriate payroll management of employees and prevention of legal contingencies. The position requires experience in labor law, management of employment contracts, preparation and review of labor documentation, application of labor regimes, and supervision of employee onboarding, retention, and termination processes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling audits, inspections, and proceedings before SUNAFIL, preparing statements of defense, reports, and legal strategies to protect the company.
