




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting assistant with experience and solid knowledge to manage accounting entries, update accounts, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. 2. Proficiency in accounting software such as CONCAR and intermediate-level Office. 3. Key role in managing and preparing financial information. OUR COMPANY IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT: \- Minimum 2 years of experience. \- Solid knowledge. \- Excellent organizational skills. \- Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded. \- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. \- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. \- Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with the company’s legal and financial guidelines. \- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned. \- Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when required. \- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports. \- Assist with other accounting tasks. \- Proficiency in accounting software such as CONCAR and others. \- Intermediate-level Office proficiency.
