At RR.HH Cambridge, we are searching for a Cook for a leading gastronomic company in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare dishes requested by customers according to the menu, in coordination with the immediate supervisor. \- Support the immediate supervisor in preparing the list of supplies and ingredients required for preparation. \- Inspect the condition of supplies and ingredients daily. \- Correctly combine ingredients and their proportions, seasoning level, in order to prepare food that satisfies customer needs. \- Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness during dish preparation. \- Report to the immediate supervisor the remaining stock of supplies after preparing the day’s menu and menu items, which may be used for future preparations. \- Assist in preparing special dishes for inaugurations, re-inaugurations, and/or special events, as required by the immediate supervisor. \- Comply with and implement the FIFO method (“First in, First out”). **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical higher education or bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, or currently pursuing it. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook. \- Knowledge of inventory and kardex systems. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) in San Isidro. **WE OFFER:** \- Base salary above market rate. \- Benefits in accordance with applicable law. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. \- Rotating weekly rest days.
