




We are seeking a **Sales Coordinator** responsible for leading and coordinating the commercial strategy, managing a team of 4 people to ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and company growth. **Location:** Jr. Miguel Zamora 139, Lima (on-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. / Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. **Day off:** Sundays **Compensation:** S/ 2,700 – S/ 3,000 \+ performance-based commissions **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor sales plans and goal attainment. * Coordinate customer visits, retention, and acquisition. * Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team. * Support business relationships and manage after-sales service. * Assist with inventory and branch control. **Requirements** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C, industrial, or hardware sales. * Experience managing teams of 5 or more people. * Intermediate level of Excel (essential). * Knowledge of CRM systems and basic English (desirable). **Benefits** * Immediate MYPE payroll registration. * Career development opportunities and growth path.
