Responsibilities: Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio. Implement the new customer acquisition strategy according to company guidelines. Achieve established sales and acquisition targets. Analyze commercial results and identify improvement opportunities. Plan and organize sales visits, ensuring compliance with minimum standards required to meet goals. Prepare management reports and continuously monitor executed sales activities. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar sales roles, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, insurance, or related sectors. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields. Specialization in sales, negotiation, or commercial management (desirable). Knowledge of prospecting and sales closing strategies. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools. Advanced-level English proficiency. Excellent personal presentation.
