On behalf of our client — a leading Peruvian FMCG company — we are looking for a Commercial Manager. PROFILE * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management or similar roles, leading sales teams, handling strategic responsibilities, and possessing experience in the traditional trade channel within food, FMCG, distribution, and/or food manufacturing companies. * Proficiency in commercial strategic planning. * Mastery of effective tactics aligned with the company’s product lines and categories. * Knowledge of the FMCG food market within the relevant category. * Familiarity with and contacts at distribution companies, wholesale channels of large markets in Lima and provinces, to consolidate growth. * Experience managing human resources allocated to achieving objectives. * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative regional market analysis to propose immediate actions for objective attainment. * Ability to manage and interpret performance indicators using available data or data structured according to needs. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring achievement of sales targets, growth goals, and market share objectives. * Design and implement commercial strategies and tactics aligned with the company’s various product lines and categories. * Analyze the FMCG market and category trends to identify growth opportunities and reinforce brand positioning. * Develop and consolidate commercial relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers in Lima and provinces. * Lead, develop, and support the commercial team, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture. * Monitor commercial KPIs, market behavior, and regional performance, proposing actions to drive objective achievement. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations departments to ensure appropriate market coverage and product availability. * Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and markets contributing to the organization’s sustainable growth. * Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support the company’s strategic decision-making. * Drive brand expansion and positioning, ensuring commercial management is fully aligned with business objectives. CONDITIONS * Standard labor regime; salary commensurate with market standards. * Fully on-site work mode, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Work location: Surco. * 50% coverage of EPS (health insurance). * Profit-sharing participation.
