Focus on implementing administrative processes and actions We are looking for a highly qualified professional to lead the **comprehensive management of condominiums** **Requirements:** \- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing condominiums (Mandatory) \- Completed university degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields \- Knowledge of horizontal property regulations \- Assertive communication, stress management, decision-making under pressure, and collaborative leadership \- Advanced proficiency in office software and tools \- Availability for in-person work from Monday to Saturday **Responsibilities:** 1\. Administrative and financial management: Budgeting/calculation and collection of fees/financial reports/income and expense recording 2\. HR process management (full employee lifecycle) 3\. Maintenance and conservation management 4\. Regulatory and legal compliance management 5\. Support for owners, residents, and suppliers 6\. Security and emergency management **7\.
