At Beca Inmobiliaria, we are seeking a Site Supervisor for one of our projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and execute the construction plan, detailing the critical path of activities and required resources, as well as the cost baseline, schedule updates, and project quality standards. * Review and approve project management documents, including technical files, detailed drawings, safety plans, permits, and reports, identifying and promptly correcting any possible disciplinary incompatibilities. * Plan and keep updated the Look\-ahead every three weeks, identifying the necessary critical path on site and the allocation of material and human resources to meet the established construction plan. * Lead and control site team activities regarding performance, document control, costs, time, and quality, verifying compliance with budgets and deadlines according to the construction plan. * Regularly report weekly to the Project Manager on achievement of objectives, as well as progress evaluations of collaborators and contractors. * Validate and submit payroll information to the Accounting department on a weekly basis. * Propose improvement opportunities in construction processes to the Project Manager by identifying potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of waste. **Essential Requirements:** * Licensed and qualified Civil Engineer * Minimum of 03 years of general experience. * Specific experience: at least 02 projects working as production engineer or site supervisor in multi-family buildings * Leadership and conflict resolution management skills. * Knowledge and interpretation of design and construction standards and specifications, safety regulations, and Peruvian civil construction regulations. * Proficiency in Lean Construction (Last Planner, Look Ahead, and Daily Planning), Autocad, BIM tools, and advanced Excel. * Experience with prefabricated elements (pre\-slabs, pre\-beams, etc.) and tower cranes. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety.
