Establishing the strategy to manage the client portfolio, placing the needs of internal and external clients at the center to continue delivering a WOW experience. How will you make a big impact? Responsible for providing fast and efficient customer service via telephone calls. Driving asset sales and managing client portfolio growth. Recording and maintaining updated financial information and cash flow data of clients, preparing credit proposals tailored to their requirements. Ensuring proper administrative organization of the portfolio and conducting continuous follow-up on its management. What do we need from you? University student from the 6th semester onward or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory and exclusive requirement). Minimum 6 months’ experience in selling financial products through digital channels, call centers, fieldwork, or other means. (Mandatory). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Why join our team?
