Parque Porcino). * Experience managing social media, publishing job ads in newspapers, and other recruitment platforms. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting and renewing employment contracts. * Registering hires and terminations in T\-Registro. * Calculating severance payments, vacation payouts, and bonuses. * Preparing payroll sheets and evaluating reports from all departments. * Supervising employee attendance and departure. * Verifying employee absences and tardiness. * Recording attendance data for routes, payroll, and others. * Conducting recruitment and selection processes. * Other related duties.
