Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Human Resources Assistant to provide support in operational and administrative tasks within the HR department. Key Highlights: 1. Supportive guidance and a positive work environment 3. 100% remote work We are looking for a person who can support HR and payroll processes, assisting with operational and administrative tasks within the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support attendance tracking, late arrivals, and vacation management * Record payroll-related incidents (absences, overtime, medical leaves) * Assist in payroll calculation and social benefits (CTS, bonuses, severance payments) * Manage personnel documentation and employee files * Post job vacancies * Coordinate interviews * Assist in preparing and validating PLAME reports * Support AFP administration (enrollments, cancellations, affiliations) * Support onboarding processes * Provide support for workplace climate initiatives and internal management activities **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or similar roles * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Basic payroll knowledge (preferred) **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive and eager to learn * Responsible and communicative **What We Offer:** * 100% remote work * Comprehensive HR learning opportunities * Ongoing mentorship and professional development * Positive work environment **Work Modality:** Telecommuting **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * Do you have knowledge of the tax filing process using PLAME and payroll payments via AFP? * How much experience do you have in this position?
