





Our company, in the **hydrocarbons** sector, is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** with knowledge in **accounting** and experience in **payroll processing**, as well as familiarity with labor regulations applicable to the industry. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years of experience in the hydrocarbons sector**. * Solid knowledge in **payroll calculation and labor legislation**. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Reside in Lince or nearby areas. * Availability to travel to different company sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and process employee payroll. * Manage contracts, vacations, social benefits, and other HR processes. * Support payroll accounting and accruals. * Coordinate with accounting and administrative departments. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and sector-specific requirements in the hydrocarbons industry. * Conduct personnel recruitment and resume screening. * Coordinate, schedule, and follow up on induction programs. * Request documentation from selected candidates. * Deliver regulations, policies, and documents to new employees. * Prepare, file, distribute, and maintain control of employee pay slips and contracts. * Provide training sessions, campaigns, and/or workshops for internal staff to promote employee well-being. * Strengthen team integration through birthday celebrations, motivational games, and thematic contests for holidays. * Comply with company procedures and policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager, or Head. **Benefits:** \- Full-time employment (100% benefits). \- Life insurance as per law.
