





**HR MANAGER:** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Administer and ensure the proper preparation of employee payroll and salary calculations. \- Prepare and submit tax declarations related to human resources tax obligations. \- Evaluate and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. \- Supervise and manage employee benefits and insurance, such as SCTR, VIDA LEY, and EPS. \- Maintain updated employee information and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security. \- Provide guidance to employees on matters related to labor legislation, social benefits, and other human resources topics. \- Other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Technical or University degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions, demonstrating expertise in payroll management, settlements, tax filings, labor laws, and social benefits. \- Solid knowledge of SCTR, VIDA LEY, EPS, and other related programs and benefits. \- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high standards of professional ethics. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. \- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and tax regulations. \- Detail-oriented and able to work in dynamic and changing environments. \- Proactive, autonomous, and capable of making decisions. \- Experience using the STARSOFT system. **We Offer:** \- Full payroll under general regime \- Work location: Jr. Davalos Lisson 135 - Cercado de Lima \- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:15 pm / Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:15 pm **Requirements** Minimum education: University/Technical 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month Work location: On-site
