**HR SPECIALIST – PAYROLL AND ERP**
At Overskull, we are looking for an HR Specialist with solid experience in payroll management and knowledge of ERP implementation and administration, who will be responsible for managing personnel administration and payroll-related processes, as well as participating in the optimization and digitalization of Human Resources processes.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and execute the payroll process comprehensively.
* Review and validate payroll incidents: attendance, tardiness, absences, overtime, deductions, vacations, leaves, permissions, among others.
* Perform payroll, social benefits, and labor-related calculations and reviews.
* Manage calculations for CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacations, social benefit settlements, and other labor-related items.
* Review and control corresponding deductions, contributions, and withholdings.
* Manage and validate necessary information for PLAME and T\-Register filings.
* Maintain up-to-date labor and contractual information for employees.
* Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.
* Prepare payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with Accounting and other involved departments to ensure proper execution of the process.
* Participate in the implementation and optimization of the HR module within the ERP system.
* Gather and document requirements related to payroll and HR processes.
* Validate correct configuration of remunerative concepts, deductions, benefits, and labor rules in the system.
* Conduct functional testing and validate system results prior to production deployment.
* Identify errors or inconsistencies and coordinate their correction with the Technology team or ERP vendor.
* Propose automation and improvements to optimize HR and payroll processes.
* Train users on HR-related system functionalities.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Solid experience in payroll management and processing.
* Experience in payroll and social benefits calculations.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
* Knowledge and experience with T\-Register and PLAME.
* Experience calculating CTS, bonuses, vacations, and social benefit settlements.
* Experience controlling and validating attendance incidents for payroll processing.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* ERP implementation, configuration, or administration experience for HR is desirable.
* Analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
**Position Conditions**
* Work modality: On-site
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- on-site
* Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – remote
* Location: Villa El Salvador
* Employment type: Full-time
* Remuneration: S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,500
