




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate departments, manage requirements, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative support to management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Studies in Administration or related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Strong organizational and activity control skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * *Coordinate with all work areas to manage requirements.* * *Prepare weekly reports and reports as requested.* * *Coordinate with suppliers and external agents.* * *Answer calls and coordinate with various company departments.* * *Research information requested by management.* * *Manage management’s schedule.* * *Experience handling license application processes at neighboring municipalities.* * *Strong oversight of rental contracts* Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
