What will you do? * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Participate in onboarding of new employees. * Update reports, databases, and departmental metrics. * Provide support for training, employee wellness, and workplace climate programs. * Assist with administrative processes in People Management. What are we looking for? * Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience of 3–6 months in HR (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection. * Experience with SAP or HR systems is preferred.
