Drive business growth through effective management. **Sales Manager – Retail** We are looking for a **Sales Manager** to lead the retail commercial strategy and contribute to business growth through effective team management and achievement of commercial objectives. **Job Objective** Lead, plan, and execute the retail sales strategy, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, sales team development, and customer retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement the sales plan aligned with business objectives. * Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team. * Set performance goals and KPIs, and monitor results. * Analyze commercial metrics, sales reports, and forecasts. * Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. * Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to achieve objectives. * Manage key client portfolios and participate in strategic negotiations. * Train and evaluate sales team performance. * Prepare commercial reports for management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2–3 years of sales experience**, including at least **1 year leading sales teams**. * Experience in the **retail sector** (preferred). * Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques. * Proficiency in management metrics (KPIs) and performance analysis. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Excel** (CRM experience preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and results orientation. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Organization and decision-making ability. * Customer focus and teamwork.
