Coordination of meetings and follow-up of quotations **B2B Sales Assistant (Industrial \- Mining Sector)** We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professionally growth-oriented **B2B Commercial Assistant**, to provide support to the commercial and administrative department. **Requirements** * Graduate in Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields. * Desirable experience of 6 months in administrative, commercial, or sales positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify potential companies and register contact information. * Conduct initial contact with potential clients to qualify commercial opportunities. * Coordinate and schedule meetings between the Sales Manager and interested clients. * Prepare quotations and follow up until sale closure. * Record purchase and sales invoices. * Support inventory control for stores and warehouses. * Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash control. * Organize documentation and prepare Excel reports. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), Vacation, and EsSalud. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
