Responsibilities: * Develop and update the cocktail menu seasonally. * Create innovative and balanced recipes to attract customers. * Ensure efficient and high-quality service at the bar. * Manage beverage and supply inventory. * Place orders and maintain an optimized inventory. Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of mixology and cocktail trends. * Experience in hospitality, bars, or restaurants is desirable. * Availability to work in Callao.
