Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident Engineer with experience in sanitation projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing construction using Lean Construction methodology. Assertive communication and negotiation with stakeholders A construction company is seeking to fill the position of Site Resident Engineer. Essential requirements: \* Licensed and registered Civil and/or Sanitary Engineer (professional experience counted from date of registration). \* Proven 4\-5 years’ experience as Site Resident Engineer in sanitation projects, including sanitary network works, urban development projects, collectors, discharge lines, intake lines, sanitation works in cities with infrastructure interferences, civil sanitation works, primary or secondary networks, and coordination with SEDAPAL and stakeholders. \* Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. \* Knowledge of and experience applying Lean Construction methodology for project control. \* Full-time on-site presence required. \* Project location: Eastern Lima. \* Competitive market-based salary. \* Personal laptop required. \* Class A1 driver’s license (preferred). \* Payment via honorarium receipt. \* Assertive communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders. \* Experience managing technical interferences on site. \* Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. \* Strong problem-solving ability under pressure and tight deadlines. \* Ability to make timely decisions in response to unforeseen events.
