Coordination of maintenance and service tasks We are looking for a Service Coordinator interested in joining our "Nórdico Ingenieros" family, with an excellent work climate and opportunities for learning and development. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Full-time availability (mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge (mandatory) * Experience in similar service coordination roles (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of general service support including CCTV, HVAC, electrical panels, masonry, plumbing, etc. (desirable but not mandatory) Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate the action plan for maintenance work at our clients' locations. * Coordinate technical staff assignments across stores and offices to maintain facilities in optimal condition. * Ensure proper completion of forms and procurement of approved quotations to guarantee timely commencement of scheduled work. * Manage evaluations and quotations with clients requesting projects within their organizations. * Verify and process information for preparing technical reports on completed services. * Analyze and identify improvement proposals to implement or recommend following service delivery. * Manage service orders for office equipment repair and/or maintenance, etc. * Monitor and support suppliers. * Generate diagrams and dashboards as requested by the engineer. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
