At BFE Express Peru, we are looking for a results-oriented, analytically skilled DSP Operations Specialist with experience in the logistics/courier sector to help us strengthen operations and ensure compliance with our key performance indicators. What will be your main challenge? You will be responsible for managing and supporting the operations of 3 to 5 franchisees, working directly with them to identify improvement opportunities, resolve incidents, and guarantee adherence to operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain constant communication with 3 to 5 franchisees, providing operational support and follow-up. Conduct on-site visits and field monitoring to identify needs and improvement opportunities. Monitor key operational indicators (KPIs), such as delivery rate, service level, delivery times, and goal achievement. Analyze data and prepare management and performance reports. Identify deviations, bottlenecks, and root causes of operational incidents. Design and monitor action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper implementation of company-established policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate with various departments to resolve incidents and optimize operational processes. Track franchisee goal achievement. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, courier services, last-mile delivery, distribution, or related sectors. Experience in franchisee management, logistics operators, or commercial partners is highly valued. ADVANCED AND FLUENT ENGLISH – MANDATORY. Fluent oral and written English communication skills are required. Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and report generation. Strong analytical capability and orientation toward KPI management. Ability to identify problems and propose solutions. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Willingness to conduct on-site visits and operational follow-ups as needed. What do we seek in you?
