We are **ZVENTS**, a corporate event production company: we organize team integration days, scavenger hunts (gymkanas), and team-building activities for companies in Lima and outside Lima. We are currently hiring **Event Animators / Hostesses** to join our staff. Main Responsibilities **Animation and Activities** * Lead and animate games, gymkanas, and team-based challenges. * Motivate and energize participating teams throughout the entire event. * Explain rules, start activities, track scores, and maintain activity pace. * Lead group dances, warm-ups, and icebreakers. * Participate in choreographies and lively routines. * Interact closely, playfully, and professionally with clients. * Maintain strong stage presence and consistent energy throughout the event. * Take photos with attendees. **Guest Services and Hosting** * Greet and welcome guests and clients with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. * Serve as the primary brand representative during the event. * Manage attendee registration and accreditation. * Distribute informational materials, kits, merchandise, prizes, or gifts elegantly. **General Event Support** * Prepare costumes, accessories, and activity materials in advance. * Coordinate entrances, exits, and quick costume changes. * Assist (with guidance) in setting up and dismantling event areas. * Support adherence to the event schedule and proactively resolve issues. * Follow instructions from the event coordinator. Requirements * Female candidates with excellent stage presence, charisma, strong on-stage confidence, and abundant positive energy. * Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and adeptness in engaging adult audiences. * Proactive attitude, dynamism, punctuality, responsibility, and strong eagerness to learn. * Age range: 18–24 years. * Clothing size: S or M. * Minimum height: 1.65 m (barefoot). * Must reside in San Juan de Miraflores or nearby areas. * Students from technical institutes, universities, or without formal studies: all are welcome! * Prior experience is not required—we provide full training!
