Process mapping and standardization across all locations. We are looking for a candidate capable of managing our four stores. We are a hamburger restaurant located in San Juan de Lurigancho, operating from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM. The candidate will handle on-site issues, recruit staff, manage schedules and timetables across locations, and conduct process mapping and standardization across all locations.
