Job Summary We seek a creative and experienced professional in Multimedia Artistry (specializing in graphic design and audiovisual editing) to join our GMDENT team. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating, designing, and executing high-impact content that strengthens digital presence, connects with audiences, and boosts marketing campaigns—contributing to lead generation, bookings, and sales. Responsibilities * Create, record, and edit audiovisual content (videos, reels, TikTok) aligned with brand identity. * Design graphic assets for social media, digital campaigns, and digital and printed communication materials. * Adapt content to various formats and platforms (vertical, horizontal, stories, ads). * Propose creative ideas based on digital trends applied to the beauty/services industry. * Execute the visual content calendar (production, design, and editing). * Coordinate and conduct on-location recordings with real clients (shooting, lighting, framing). * Edit videos optimized for platform performance (retention, pacing, visual hooks). * Support creation of assets for paid campaigns (creatives for Meta Ads). * Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital channels. * Design materials for BTL initiatives (printed pieces, activations, events). * Organize and manage the audiovisual and graphic content library. * Collaborate with the marketing team in campaign and content conceptualization. * Proficiency in streaming software (OBS, ECAM, ETC). * Proficiency in audiovisual equipment and lighting. * Photo compositing and digital retouching. Requirements * Experience in the Beauty industry or related fields. * Proven experience in audiovisual and graphic design. * Mastery of design and video editing tools. * Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. * Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. * Strong visual communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Work Location: Moquegua Street 270 \- Cercado de Lima On-site: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays: 9 AM to 2:30 PM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
