As a grill cook, your responsibilities will include: * Preparing à la carte dishes according to established recipes. * Operating the grill and griddle. * Conducting daily inventory. * Reporting stock levels. * Cleaning the work area. * Knowledge of meat cooking techniques. * Product rotation.
