Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide timely support to employees and managers, assist with payroll administration, and prepare HR department reports. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking: HR Assistant Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields Proven intermediate Excel skills Experience in customer service, human resources, timekeeping, etc. Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective support to store employees and managers, addressing inquiries and requests related to Human Capital Management processes. Support payroll administration through tracking and reporting of attendance, vacations, leaves, disabilities, and other related items. Prepare HR-related reports using Excel tools. Advise leaders and employees on labor-related matters. Coordinate and manage short- and medium-term staffing requirements, considering turnover and productivity.
