Opportunity for professional growth and development. **JOIN ACIS PROCESS AS AN INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR!** ACIS PROCESS, a company specializing in fire protection systems, engineering, and industrial solutions, is looking for an **INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** to strengthen our commercial team in Surco, Lima. We seek a professional with commercial vision, leadership, negotiation skills, and experience in B2B technical sales, capable of generating new business opportunities and developing long-term commercial relationships. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Instrumentation, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales as a Commercial Coordinator, Key Account Manager (KAM) Coordinator, Commercial Supervisor, or similar roles. Experience and market knowledge of the industrial sector. Desirable: existing client portfolio in sectors such as industry, mining, Oil & Gas, energy, among others. Experience leading or supervising commercial teams. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills. Results- and target-oriented mindset. CRM proficiency and commercial opportunity tracking. Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI skills. Intermediate English proficiency. Valid A1 driver’s license. Availability to attend commercial visits, meetings, trade fairs, and events. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?** Lead and supervise the commercial team, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Develop prospecting and new customer acquisition strategies. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales. Develop and retain strategic customers. Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors. Provide technical-commercial advisory services regarding our offerings and solutions. Supervise technical-commercial proposals and quotations. Lead negotiations with strategic customers. Track opportunities using the corporate CRM. Analyze commercial KPIs, market trends, and competition. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments to ensure proper project execution.
