Our client is a Nikkei restaurant currently seeking an ITAMAE ASSISTANT to join the team. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work in SURCO. \- Availability to work on a split shift from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm break). **FUNCTIONS:** \- Assist in preparing maki rolls and other assigned items. \- Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring freshness and optimal condition. \- Maintain constant coordination with immediate supervisors. \- Organize and verify kitchen supplies. \- Assist in kitchen cleaning. \- Other duties related to the position. **OFFERS:** \- SME payroll registration. \- Fixed salary \+ performance bonuses \+ tips.
