Professional growth in the logistics sector JUNIOR B2B COMMERCIAL ADVISOR – LOGISTICS OPERATOR **MIZPA CARGO**, a logistics operator specialized in freight transportation and comprehensive logistics solutions, is looking for a **Junior Commercial Advisor** to strengthen our sales team and develop new business opportunities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prospecting and acquiring new corporate (B2B) clients. * Identifying companies with transportation and logistics service needs. * Contacting potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person commercial visits. * Preparing and following up on quotations and commercial proposals. * Tracking opportunities until sale closure. * Client portfolio retention and follow-up. * Coordinating with operational departments to ensure proper client service. * Achieving commercial objectives and targets. REQUIRED PROFILE * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales or customer service, **preferably in B2B companies**. * Desired experience in transportation, logistics, international trade, or business services sectors. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, organizational ability, and capacity to generate new business. * Proficiency in digital tools, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office. * **Experience or an existing client portfolio in corporate client acquisition will be valued.** TRAINING Specific prior experience in the logistics sector is not mandatory. **We will provide commercial and operational training and support** on our services to facilitate integration into the role. WORK SCHEDULE * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. WORK LOCATION **La Perla – Callao, Lima.** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
