What are we looking for? * Technical studies in Gastronomy (ongoing or completed). * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (preferably in high-turnover restaurants). * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling. * Speed, organization, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing and plating dishes according to brand standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support inventory control and storage of supplies. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.
