Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare and serve dishes according to the chef's standards, while conserving resources and maintaining cleanliness at Santos. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates in a pleasant work environment. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT – SANTOS, THE HOME OF EVERYONE!** **Santos – The Home of Everyone**, a northern Peruvian cuisine restaurant, is currently seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** to join our team. **Work Location** * Miraflores, Lima (On-site employment) **Working Hours and Days Off** * **Tuesday to Saturday (Rotating shifts):** * Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Shift 2: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * **Sunday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Days Off:** Fixed every Monday. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing studies in culinary arts or gastronomy. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Proven experience in preparing **hot dishes** and **cold dishes** (fish and seafood). * **Desirable (but not mandatory):** Experience with Chiclayo-style or northern Peruvian cuisine. * Residency in districts adjacent to Miraflores. * Ability to work under pressure, quickly, and in an organized manner. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve dishes according to the chef’s standards and recipes. * Conserve and optimize assigned resources (ingredients, utensils, equipment, etc.). * Conduct inventory checks for the area. * Perform *mise en place* quickly and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area. * Carry out other related duties as assigned by the chef. **We Offer** * **Salary:** S/ 1,500.00 to S/ 1,800.00 (to be negotiated based on evaluation). * Temporary contract (Duration: 3 months). * Pleasant work environment. **How to Apply?** If you meet the requirements, please send your updated CV via **WhatsApp: 942 494 757**, indicating that you are applying for the Kitchen Assistant position.
