At GARMENT TRADING S.A.C., a leading textile company, we are seeking individuals who wish to join our Production team. MACHINE OPERATOR What profile are we looking for? Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months’ experience in textile plants is desirable, operating machines such as fabric spreaders, compactors, hydro-extractors, dryers, folder machines, fabric turners, etc., or in industrial processes or production in general (not mandatory). Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and moderate physical labor. Responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with one and a half days off per week on rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night). Residence in or availability to work in the district of Ate. Main responsibilities: Support textile production processes according to the assigned area. Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision, complying with safety standards. Inspect, sort, and arrange fabric rolls or pieces during workflow. Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work area. Report incidents, malfunctions, or irregularities in the process to the supervisor.
