WE ARE HIRING — Marketing and Content Assistant Edén Orgánico | Biomarket and Healthy Café · La Molina and San Borja (Lima) At **EDÉN Orgánico**, an organic products store and healthy café, we are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive **Marketing and Content Assistant** to contribute to strengthening our digital presence, brand positioning, and execution of marketing initiatives. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Create content for **Instagram and TikTok** across our locations: in-store filming, video editing (CapCut), and graphic design (Canva). * Manage the digital community: comments, messages, and WhatsApp. * Coordinate with micro-influencers and support the organization, coverage, and promotion of activations, fairs, workshops, and events. * Design, print, and install graphic materials for our locations (table centerpieces, posters, menus, and other assets). * Propose promotions, content, and initiatives to reinforce brand positioning. * Monitor Instagram and TikTok metrics and keep the performance dashboard up to date. * Coordinate with various departments on content generation and execution of marketing initiatives. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * **Graduate or bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience** in marketing, content creation, social media management, or related roles.
