We are looking for top talent to fill the following position: Multifunctional Customer Service \- Support supervision and coordination of daily store operations. \- Monitor management indicators and report results. \- Provide courteous and efficient customer service. \- Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. \- Address production requirements. \- Prepare and dispatch beverages and food items. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the fast-food or restaurant sector. \- University or technical studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields—completed or in progress. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night). \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for indicator tracking. \- Positive attitude, dynamism, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
