Continuous communication with drivers for logistical support **GPS MONITORING OPERATOR** **Job Objective** \- Supervise and control in real time the movement of the heavy cargo transportation fleet using satellite tracking platforms, ensuring safety, route compliance, and on-time deliveries. **Main Responsibilities** \- Monitor in real time the location of vehicles and compliance with authorized routes. \- Monitor driving parameters: speed, unauthorized stops, driving hours. \- Manage incidents and activate emergency protocols. \- Maintain continuous communication with drivers for logistical support. \- Prepare daily reports on routes, times, and performance. \- Update digital logs and fleet management systems. **Profile Requirements** \- Technical graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in GPS monitoring or control centers. \- Proficiency in tracking platforms (Tracklink, Hunter, Comsatel, Navisav, Wisetrack, etc.). \- Knowledge of the national road network and road safety regulations. \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Mandatory) **Work Conditions** Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts (morning / night \- 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday) Residence near Callao (preferred) If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply by sending your CV to **ingrid.gonzalez.consulting@gmail.com**, indicating "GPS Monitoring Operator" in the subject line.
