Our **LOGISTIC** team is looking for an **Operation Supervisor** to join Inchcape **Peru.** The purpose of this role is to ensure and supervise the efficient execution of the scheduling, dispatch, and distribution process for vehicles from the logistics operator, through operational control, optimization of logistics resources, and adherence to established quality standards and delivery timelines (lead times). **Your Responsibilities** * Supervise daily vehicle scheduling and dispatch, directly overseeing operational flow to ensure departures occur as planned. * Ensure fleet operational availability and proper consolidation of units according to demand at each local and regional destination, meeting agreed lead times. * Coordinate with external clients (dealers) and internal clients (company-owned network) to address requirements and receive needs to guarantee service delivery. * Supervise the performance of third-party operational teams, ensuring their service levels strictly align with quality standards. * Prepare transportation demand forecasts (Forecast) to size required logistics capacity over the short- and medium-term. * Analyze daily distribution KPIs and reports, consolidating monthly information for decision-making and continuous improvement. * Ensure administrative documentation (GRE, checklists), such as transport settlements and purchase orders (POs), is submitted on time for carrier delivery and validation. * Ensure use of Inchcape’s tracking platform (ASGARD) by all suppliers, in-house teams, and transport providers. * Lead by promoting One Inchcape values and the Accelerate \+ strategy, fostering team development and goal achievement. * Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor within your scope of responsibility. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields (Mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the automotive sector, specifically in logistics and operations/distribution (Mandatory). * Postgraduate diploma in Logistics and Operations or Supply Chain Management (Desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) – Intermediate level. * Proficiency in Power BI – Basic level. * Proficiency in SAP – Intermediate level. **Start Your Journey** Join our team and become part of a world-leading automotive company that is **transforming tomorrow, together.** We are committed to developing internal talent; therefore, if you are interested in this position but do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply.
