Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing consideration and conversion campaigns (leads or sales). * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Experience in campaign optimization and KPI analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Support the planning and implementation of Paid Media campaigns aligned with business objectives. * Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize performance. * Track KPIs, optimize audience segmentation, and propose continuous improvements to campaigns. * Prepare performance reports and present findings and optimization opportunities to the team.
