Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff for customer service at university food outlets, responsible for order handling, dispatch, cleaning, and compliance with health regulations. Main Responsibilities * Provide courteous and efficient customer service. * Take, prepare, and deliver orders. * Assist with dispatch and product setup. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the service area and point of sale. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety protocols. * Assist with inventory and supply control. * Progressive support and learning in cashier functions, POS systems, and payment methods. * Other operational tasks related to customer service and support. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Technical or university studies currently in progress or incomplete will be considered. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, cashiering, restaurants, cafeterias, stores, supermarkets, or similar roles will be valued, **but is not mandatory**. * Experience handling cash, POS systems, collections, or sales is desirable. * Willingness to learn new responsibilities. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and customer orientation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work in the food sector and perform operational tasks. * Availability to work **4 hours daily, Monday through Friday**. * Health certificate issued by the Municipality of San Miguel (food handling). Available Shifts **Morning shift:** Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **Afternoon shift:** Monday to Friday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. *The specific schedule will be communicated according to the outlet’s needs.* Work Location Concessionaire company located in **San Miguel**.
