Ensuring compliance with established document processes A pharmaceutical-sector company is looking to incorporate a Pharmacy Technician into its team to work in the documentation area, responsible for receiving, organizing, and controlling all documentation related to customers and suppliers. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect and verify required documents from customers and customer suppliers. * Assemble and organize physical and/or digital files in an orderly and up-to-date manner. * Manage and control the department's document archive. * Track the status of pending files and documents. * Ensure compliance with established document processes. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in document management or file handling (preferred). * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Availability for full-time on-site work. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * Compensation: S/ 1,400 per month. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * MYPE benefits. * On-site work in Miraflores.
